Shipping Methods
We offer various international shipping options depending on the nature of the product and the buyer’s requirements:

Shipping Insurance
All CIF shipments include standard cargo insurance. Additional insurance coverage can be arranged upon request and at the buyer’s expense.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, delays due to customs clearance, port congestion, natural disasters, or political unrest are beyond our control. We will notify you immediately if any such situation arises.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
In case of damage or loss during transit:

Provide photographic evidence and a report within 48 hours of receipt.
