Terms and Conditions – Supansa Foods Trading

Welcome to Supansa Foods Trading. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services, website, and business transactions. By placing an order with us or interacting with our company, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined below.

Company Overview
Supansa Foods Trading is a global supplier of agricultural and food products, based in Thailand. We export a wide range of goods including animal feed, biomass, spices, coconut products, edible oil, herbs, fruits, vegetables, seafood, and more.

Ordering and Acceptance

  • All orders must be submitted in writing via email or through official communication channels.

  • Orders are subject to acceptance by Supansa Foods Trading. We reserve the right to reject any order at our sole discretion.

  • Once confirmed, the order becomes binding and cannot be canceled without written approval and may be subject to cancellation charges.

Prices and Quotations

  • All quotations provided are valid for the period stated in the offer, typically 7–15 days.

  • Prices may vary based on market conditions, currency exchange rates, and product availability.

  • All prices are exclusive of taxes, shipping, customs duties, and other applicable charges unless otherwise stated.

Payment Terms

  • Supansa Foods Trading accepts payment only via bank transfer to our official company account.

  • Bank account details will be provided after order confirmation and invoice issuance.

  • Full payment must be received before goods are dispatched, unless alternative terms have been agreed upon in writing.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment and are subject to product availability and logistics arrangements.

  • Shipping terms (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.) will be defined in the proforma invoice or sales agreement.

  • The buyer is responsible for customs clearance and any duties or import taxes at the destination port unless otherwise agreed.

Product Quality and Inspection

  • We guarantee that products shipped comply with the agreed specifications.

  • Any quality claims must be reported within 3 days of product delivery, with supporting evidence (photos, inspection reports).

  • Third-party inspection can be arranged at the buyer’s request and expense before shipping.

Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the nature of international trade and agricultural products, returns are not accepted unless there is a verifiable product defect or shipment error.

  • Refunds will only be issued in cases of verified defects or breach of contract terms, subject to management approval.

Force Majeure
Supansa Foods Trading shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, export restrictions, strikes, shipping delays, or acts of government.

Limitation of Liability
Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use, delivery delays, or defective products.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably; if unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nong Khai, Thailand.

Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and materials provided by Supansa Foods Trading are the intellectual property of the company and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.

Confidentiality
All communications, price offers, and contracts shared between Supansa Foods Trading and clients are strictly confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without permission.
